Brampton man charged after dining and dashing, threatening staff 

A Brampton man has been charged by police after dining and dashing, then threatening to physically assault a server who followed him out of the restaurant to ask that he pay his bill.

A video of the confrontation went viral, leading to the man getting charged. He reportedly paid his bill only after threatening staff.

The man is seen on the popular grounds at Blue Mountain in Ontario, screaming at a server, “I’ll fu^&ing knock you the f&#% out!,” adding, “You don’t know me! And you don’t know what I can do!” 

The waiter calmly said “That’s awesome, yeah, are you going to pay your f&*$ing bill now?” 

Since going viral, the man has been identified by police, and the 38-year-old Brampton man has been charged with assault and uttering threats to cause bodily harm.  

On October 24, the man is set to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Owen Sound.
