An undercover exposé by Project Veritas has unveiled the shocking reality of transgender ideology– children as young as 10 are being given puberty blockers.
Project Veritas released the first segment of its exposé on Thursday.
Undercover journalists posing as parents went to their local healthcare centers to find out if they could start medically “transitioning” their hypothetical 10-year-old child.
The journalists were led to Dr. John Steever at Mount Sinai Adolescent Health Centre in New York City.
Dr. Steever said it’s possible for 10-year-olds to be given puberty-blocking drugs. He told the undercover reporters that Leuprorelin or Triptorelin injections can be given every three or six months, respectively.
“And that really stops puberty pretty quickly so that no further development of the secondary sexual characteristics happens,” Dr. Steever said.
“So things like, there’s no real chest development, there’s no menstruation, things like that,” he added.
Dr. Steever further said those drugs can be given to kids for three or four years before they hurt bone growth. When the kid reaches age 14, he says he starts cross-gender hormones.
Dr. Steever said he follows the guidelines of the World Professional Association of Transgender Health (WPATH).
Tennessee recently passed a bill that prevents doctors from prescribing puberty blockers or performing any kind of surgery on minors.
On Thursday, activist groups launched a lawsuit in hopes of striking it down.
Meanwhile, in Canada, a biological man who self-identified as female gained access to a women’s shelter and allegedly sexually assaulted a woman, later turning himself into police.
Earlier this week, Twitter lifted its “deadnaming” policy that previously banned users who typed out a trans person’s former name, such as “Bruce Jenner” rather than “Caitlyn Jenner.”
