It seems unthinkable, but due to Trudeau’s tyrannical mandates, Canadians are now seeking asylum in the US as Fall lockdowns loom.

As first reported by True North, Buffalo immigration lawyer Matthew Kolken has filed asylum applications for unvaccinated Canadians who fear persecution due to their COVID vaccination status.

“If you just don’t want to go back to Canada, you actually need to fear that you will be the victim of targeted persecution by the Government of Canada or by groups within the country that the government either can’t or won’t protect you from,” Kolken told True North in an interview.

“(The application) says they’ve either expressed some sort of political speech or a member of a particular social group like unvaccinated individuals that have faced persecution before either through seizing of bank accounts, or loss of employment, or forced quarantines, things of that nature.”

Kolken further stated that the Canadians he spoke to are “scared to death” that they’ll be “singled out and isolated” if they ever dare return to Canada and that they’ll have their travel rights taken away.

“They’re afraid they wouldn’t get onto a plane in Canada, and they will be trapped within their own country and that their abilities to obtain employment are limited there,” Kolken explained.

And it’s perfectly reasonable for those Canadians to suppose this will be the case come late September, if not in October or November.

The government has already stated that they’re more than willing to reinstitute the travel ban at the drop of the hat if supposed COVID cases start rising.

“If the situation takes a turn for the worse, we are prepared to bring back the policies necessary to protect Canadians,” said Dominic LeBlanc, Minister of Intergovernmental Affairs.

Moreover, according to the mainstream media, COVID cases are currently on the rise, likely a sign of things to come.

Additionally, at least one university, the University of Toronto (the most prestigious in the country), has acted ahead of schedule and is bringing back its vaccine mandate for all students planning to live on campus. Boosters will also be required.

All signs point toward ongoing persecution against the unvaccinated in the future, and it’s no wonder some Canadians have taken the initiative to escape. Whether the US accepts them or not is another story entirely.
