In an unsettling tweet on Wednesday, Premier of the State Council of the People’s Republic of China Li Keqiang praised Schwab after a virtual meeting to discuss cooperation with China.

Both figures can be seen posing in typical communist fashion with a raised hand —reflective of Chairman Mao-era propaganda.

“Premier Li Keqiang met virtually with Executive Chairman of World Economic Forum Klaus Schwab,” the Chinese Embassy in Ghana tweeted.

“China appreciates (WEF’s) consistent focus on economic development and stronger cooperation with China.”

The council Keqiang oversees is involved in the inner workings of the Chinese central government.

Since the pandemic began, critics have raised concerns about global organizations and the influence communist China holds over them.

Recently, the appointment of a top UK communist has incensed debate around the issue.

Professor Susan Michie, who is also known as “Stalin’s nanny” by her peers, was appointed by the communist-sympathizing World Health Organization to oversee vaccine compliance as the chair of the behavioural advisory group.

Michie has been a radical advocate for permanent lockdowns and masking.

“For measures to have their intended effects, they require the population to accept and adhere to them,” wrote Michie in a study on social distancing.

She also has a storied past as a Communist Party of Britain member.

The WHO has been accused repeatedly of bowing down to the Chinese, especially at the beginning of the pandemic. Additionally, China has prevented the admission of Taiwan into the organization.
