On the cusp of Trudeau’s Internet Censorship era coming into force in Canada, far-left groups are already chomping at the bit to ban anything they find offensive — including the entire Fox News network.

IT BEGINS: ‘Equity’ groups in Canada beg CRTC to ban Fox News

Egale Canada, a non-profit “leading organization for 2SLGBTQI people and issues,” has put the call out to Canadian Radio-television and Telecommunications Commission (CRTC) to prohibit Fox News from airing in Canada.

Eagle sent an open letters to CRTC’s CEO, Vicky Eatrides, in regards to Carlson’s segment last week titled “The trans movement is targeting Christians.”

Tucker’s segment touched on the transgender shooter who attacked a Christian school in Nashville last week, killing six.

“Carlson made false and horrifying claims about 2STNBGN people, painting them as violent and dangerous,” the group’s open letter reads.

“During the segment, Carlson made the inflammatory and false claim that trans people are ‘targeting’ Christians. To position trans people in existential opposition to Christianity is an incitement of violence against trans people that is plain to any viewer.”

Egale further stated that Carlson’s segment falsely claimed that 2STNBGN people had easier employment opportunities.

“This is clearly an attempt to stoke resentment against 2STNBGN people.”

“We are calling on the CRTC to begin public consultations on the removal of Fox News from the List of non-Canadian programming authorized for distribution in Canada.”

Since 2020, Egale Canada has received no less than $1.3 million from the Trudeau Liberals. Most of this financing came from the Department of Women and Gender Equality.

Trudeau’s Online Censorship Bill C-11 passed its third reading in the Senate in early February but with several amendments. Last week, the Trudeau Liberals invoked closure in the House of Commons, a move designed to shut down debate on the Senate’s amendments.

Bill C-11 is designed to promote “equity,” namely by propping up woke LGBTQ+-related content that fits the governments’ agenda, in turn de-boosting content that Canadians would otherwise be exposed to.

Last month, an NDP MP from Hamilton, Matthew Green, asked fellow MPs to condemn Carlson. Just months prior, Green had been caught spreading false information regarding January 6 events in the US.
