Fake conservatives are a dime a dozen in Canada’s political scene these days and it appears Calgary mayoral candidate Jeff Davison is one of them.
Although Davison was once excited to speak to conservatives like me in the recent past, I caught him schmoozing with leftists at federal Liberal candidate George Chahal’s campaign announcement for Calgary Skyview.
Back in the day we thought #YYC mayoral candidate @JeffDavisonYYC was a good friend of conservatives. He was really excited to answer my questions with @RebelNewsOnline. Based, right? Turns out, he has some dirty secrets! Sign up for the news later today: https://t.co/TsvVE8aEba pic.twitter.com/UkGqRI7yHd

Davison was more than happy to show his support for Prime Minister Justin Trudeau, who has done nothing but shaft Albertans and in turn, Calgarians at every turn during his time in office.
While there, Davison was joined by his mayoral opponent and friend of Trudeau, Jyoti Gondek.

Calgarians need to ask themselves if they really want another disastrous and progressive mayor like Naheed Nenshi in office who will do whatever Justin Trudeau tells him to do?
On important votes like the Calgary Green Line boondoggle, Davison voted with Nenshi and others to proceed. Only Calgary mayoral candidate Jeromy Farkas made the right choice and voted against the bill.
How can we trust a councillor who follows what’s popular and convenient to manage Canada’s most prosperous city?
It’s increasingly looking like there are few options left for Calgarians who want common sense and responsible leaders.
