Pfizer-BioNTech is planning to request approval globally to vaccinate all children five and older within the next few weeks, with preparations on track to succeed, two Pfizer executives told the German newspaper Der Spiegel.
“Already over the next few weeks, we will file the results of our trial in five to eleven-year-olds with regulators across the world and will request approval of the vaccine in this age group, also here in Europe,” Chief Medical Officer Oezlem Tuereci told Der Spiegel.
Pfizer-BioNTech says it expects to file its regulatory dossier later in September and plans to target children six months and older pending subsequent approval.
“…things are looking good, everything is going according to plan,” Chief Executive Ugur Sahin told Der Spiegel, referring to the raw trial data and regulatory filing.
On Thursday, not wanting to be outdone, Moderna came out saying that they are currently experimenting on children under 12, including infants, denoting a clear trend in vaccine manufacturers’ priorities.
Pfizer-BioNTech and Moderna are moving forward with these efforts despite it being common knowledge and multiple studies showing that children are not at risk from COVID-19, with those over the age 65 and older being between 90 and 570 times more likely to die from COVID-19 than those 17 and younger, according to the CDC.
Moreover, there are several known side effects to mRNA vaccines, many life-threatening, and the long-term health effects of these vaccines cannot be known as the virus has not even existed for two years to study it.
These are some pretty serious side effects from Canadians who have received the shot

Still, despite undoubtedly knowing this, vaccine manufacturers are trudging onwards in their quest to stick more needles into the arms of the most innocent.
