A transgender representative in Minnesota introduced a bill that removes the exclusion of pedophiles as a protected class under “sexual orientation.”
The bill aims to amend the anti-discrimination protections provided to individuals on account of “Sexual orientation.”
As the law currently exists, an exclusionary clause states that “Sexual orientation does not include a physical or sexual attachment to children by an adult.”
However, the bill proposes to eliminate said exclusionary criterion, which would effectively make discriminating against pedophiles illegal.
The amendment also adds an additional subdivision for “Gender Identity.”
On Wednesday, a group on social media called “LGB” (without the T) spoke out about the bill.
“It was a trans identifying male state representative in Minnesota who moved to strike a clause that prevented pedophilia from being classified as a sexual orientation because of which “Sexual Attachment to Children” could become a protected characteristic,” the group said.
The LGB group has been pointing out related instances of pedophiles taking advantage of freedoms provided by “trans rights.”
Last week, in Canada, a biological man who identified as female, gained access to a women’s shelter, then allegedly sexually assaulted a woman turned himself in to police.
Similar stories exist across the woke Western world.
The Telegraph recently reported that 12 of Scotland’s 19 transgender inmates self-identified as the opposite sex only “after their date of admission.”
As for Canada, since 2018, some biological men have been permitted to serve their sentence in female prisons.
Furthermore, 16% of 99 transgender criminals applied to transfer to a prison that matched their “gender identity” that differed from their biological sex, and more than half of them were approved.
88% of those approved were biological males who identified as female.
