Contest Sponsor

The contest is sponsored by The Counter Signal Ltd., located at PO Box 34099 Westbrook PO, Calgary, AB, T3C 3W2, Canada. The contest is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Tucker Carlson, Telus Convention Centre, or any other third parties.

Eligibility

The contest is open to all Canadian residents who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of The Counter Signal Ltd. are not eligible to participate.

Contest Period

The contest begins on November 7, 2023, at 00:01 (MST) and ends on January 15, 2024, at 11:59 PM (MST).

How to Enter

1. Newsroom Insiders Subscription: All active subscribers of Newsroom Insiders as of January 15th, 2023, will be automatically entered into the contest.
2. Donation Entries: For every $10 donated to The Counter Signal between November 7, 2023, and January 15, 2024, the donor will receive one additional entry into the contest. Donations can be made at www.thecountersignal.com/donate.

Prize

One (1) Primary Prize is available to be won or one (1) Alternative Prize can be chosen by the winner. The Primary Prize consists of two tickets to see Tucker Carlson in Calgary on January 24, 2023, at the Telus Convention Centre. No transportation, accommodation, or other expenses are included.

The Alternative Prize is a $100 cash gift, payable by Interac e-Transfer.

Winner Selection and Notification

The winner will be selected by a random draw on January 16, 2023 using a random number generator. The winner will be notified via email within 24 hours of the draw. If the selected winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, or fails to claim the prize within 48 hours, a new winner will be selected.

Odds of Winning

The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

General Rules

1. The contest is subject to all federal, provincial, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.
2. By participating in the contest, entrants agree to release and hold harmless The Counter Signal Ltd., and its employees and contractors from any claim arising out of entry or prize receipt.
3. The Counter Signal Ltd. reserves the right to cancel, amend, or suspend the contest at any time, for any reason, without notice.
