Carlson and Smith will both speak at the TELUS Convention Centre before sitting down with Calgarian philanthropist W. Brett Wilson who will moderate the discussion.

Tucker Carlson’s show on X (formerly Twitter), is called “Tucker on X”. The show began in June 2023, after Carlson and Fox News parted ways.

Previously, Tucker Carlson hosted Fox News Channel’s flagship primetime cable news program, Tucker Carlson Tonight. It was the highest rated program in the network’s history. Prior to that, he hosted other programs on Fox News, MSNBC and CNN. He is also the author of two recent New York Times bestsellers, “Ship of Fools” and “The Long Slide.”

Carlson has been posting free video content on X, including interviews with high-profile guests such as Donald Trump, Robert F. Kennedy Jr., and Dave Portnoy. The show has been popular, with one episode featuring an interview with Kyle Rittenhouse, who was acquitted of murder, drawing over 5 million viewers.
