An Evansville, Indiana Walgreens has “accidentally” given a family, including two young children, doses of the Pfizer mRNA vaccine instead of their annual flu shots.
The family says they left the Walgreens pharmacy believing they had received their flu shots but were soon alerted to the mistake after an employee called them.

The family immediately sought both an attorney as well as a cardiologist.
The family of four is made up of two adults, one five-year-old and one four-year-old. While the adults appear to be okay, the family’s attorney says that both children are now experiencing heart problems after seeing the cardiologist.
So far, the Pfizer vaccine is currently not approved for use in children under twelve, but the company is pushing hard to receive authorization to vaccinate children as young as five.
Despite this mistake being made to be harmless, all four family members were issued COVID-19 Vaccination Record Cards indicating their vaccination with Pfizer on October 4.
Multiple media outlets have reached out to Walgreens, but the company has refused to comment on the potentially life-destroying error.
