In what seems a broken record yet another stabbing took place on a Calgary city bus on Thursday morning, this time near the Rundle LRT Station.
Police say the stabbing took place between a teenage boy and a man after the two were engaged in an argument.
Police are looking for the teen who was the stabber. The man was sent to the hospital and was treated for minor injuries.
This incident is eerily similar to a shooting that took place on Wednesday afternoon on a Caglary city bus. One person was taken to the hospital and two were in custody after the shooting.
The Counter Signal’s Keean Bexte was on the scene following the incident, where police had secured the premises. Blood can be spotted from within the crime scene tape.
Last week, a man was taken into custody in Calgary after stabbing multiple people, putting at least one victim in critical condition.
These incidents are happening on the regular in Calgary as of late.
Just hours after Wednesday’s shooting, another one took place, leaving one man dead on the side of the road. Police closed the block of 6th Avenue and 10 Street SW after a dead body was found laying next to a running vehicle.
Police covered the entire area surrounding the Chinese consulate in crime tape.
The suspect remains at large. Police said they have identified a suspect and vehicle but were unwilling to give more details.
This story is breaking and will be updated.
