China now mass producing humanoid robots for only $16,000 a piece

Known for its advanced robotics, Unitree’s H1 represents a significant leap in making humanoid robots more accessible to a broader market.

“Possessing a stable gait and highly flexible movement capabilities, it is able to walk and run autonomously in complex terrains and environments,” its website reads.

The robot is designed to navigate and interact within complex environments, making it suitable for applications ranging from industrial automation to personal assistance.

Unitree’s goal is to position the H1 as a versatile solution that can seamlessly operate alongside humans in both professional and domestic settings.

The H1 has agile movements, integrating advanced algorithms and AI-driven decision-making capabilities, allowing it to learn from its surroundings and improve its functionality over time.

It’s also equipped with 3D LiDAR + depth camera, and real-time acquisition of high-precision spatial data to achieve panoramic scanning.
