When it comes to the legitimacy of George Chahal’s election, there will be no questions allowed in Justin Trudeau’s House of Commons.
Alberta MP Damien Kurek was kicked out of the House last week for merely questioning the legitimacy of George Chahal, who is well known to have stolen his opponent’s election material.
Kurek detailed the experience in a Facebook Live video posted to his page immediately following the event.
“I was kicked out for simply this: calling out a Liberal member of parliament who is literally under investigation by the Commissioner of Elections Canada and the Calgary Police Service for stealing election’s literature,” says Kurek.
Kurek continues, saying that he finds it flabbergasting that someone under investigation for what appears to be a clear-cut case of election fraud can have full status in parliament.
“Many of you will have followed the news. There was video evidence of this Liberal candidate stealing the local Conservative candidate who won in the 2019 election — her name is Jag Sahota, a hard-working MP who won in 2019 in Calgary Skyview — stealing her literature from a mailbox and replacing it with his own,” he explains.

“Now, that is election fraud. And [Chahal] has admitted that he [stole his opponent’s election literature].”
“The whip of the Liberal Party stood up today — or the House Leader of the Liberal Party — stood up and acknowledged that [Chahal’s] admitted the wrongdoing,” Kurek continues. “And when myself and a number of other Conservatives endeavoured to make the case to simply say ‘look it, for him to participate in a debate on such an important issue, like Canada-US relations… to put up a speaker that is literally under investigation and has admitted wrongdoing for elections fraud, that calls into question the integrity of Canada’s elections system.'”
“And then what is unbelievable is that when I continued to not simply sit back and accept the fact that he was allowed to continue, I was the one who got asked to leave the House of Commons.”
Indeed, Chahal has been under investigation for some time, with no consequences in sight, as the case was handed off to Justin Trudeau’s handpicked Elections Commissioner.
Moreover, Chahal recently admitted that his entire team has been subject to investigation to see if they, too, participated in Chahal’s porch piracy.
“I’ve fully cooperated and provided all the information that was requested of myself and my team,” Chahal said in an early morning interview to a Calgary radio station.
Reporter Keean Bexte questioned Chahal earlier this year on his alleged election fraud. His response: crickets.
“Mr. Chahal,” Bexte began, “could you tell me from how many houses did you steal election campaign material? How many houses was it, and were you targeting specifically houses that had conservative lawn signs?”
“Did you just make up the polling location that you sent Conservative voters to,” Bexte continued as Chahal hurried away. “Would you call that voter suppression?”
“That’s what many are calling it,” Bexte explained, “and they’re saying you only won the election because you suppressed the vote. Could you elaborate just a little bit because I’m sure your friends at CTV are not going to be asking you these questions?”
Chahal admitted his wrongdoing on live television that same night, saying that stealing his opponent’s elections material was merely a “dumb mistake.”
Despite the admission, there has been no justice for either his opponent or Canadians seeking honest candidates elected through an honest process.
