According to research by a think tank called the Centre for Migration Control, foreign citizens in the UK commit sexual offences more than three times as often as British citizens.
The data comes amid international exposure of the migrant rape gang scandal in the UK, as demands for a public inquiry into sex grooming scandals have increased.
The think tank obtained police records from 41 out of 43 police departments in England and Wales, looking into the first ten months of 2024.
During this period, police recorded over 9,000 arrests involving non-British individuals accused of sexual offences, accounting for a quarter of all arrests for such crimes.
For every 100,000 foreign citizens in the country, 164 were arrested for sexual offences, compared to 48 per 100,000 among British citizens.
The data also revealed that foreign nationals were more than twice as likely to be arrested for drug-related offences, with 18 arrest s per 10,000 compared to 8 per 10,000 for UK citizens.
Arrest rates for violent crimes were also higher among foreign nationals, with 65 arrests per 10,000 individuals compared to 50 per 10,000 among British citizens.
When examining overall crime, foreign nationals were found to be twice as likely to face arrest compared to UK citizens. The arrest rate stood at 24 per 1,000 foreign nationals, while for British citizens it was 12 per 1,000.
The study identified 48 nationalities with arrest rates exceeding those of Britons. Albanians had the highest arrest rate, a shocking 209.8 arrests per 1,000 individuals in their population. They were followed by Afghans (106.9 arrests per 1,000), Iraqis (92.9), Algerians (72.7), Moroccans (70), and Somalis (64.6).
In comparison, the arrest rate for British suspects was just 12 per 1,000.
