Former Ontario Premier Kathleen Wynne was invited to speak at a school board meeting in Mississauga at the Dufferin-Peel Catholic School Board.
Her position was to coerce the Christian school board to raise the new “progress” pride flag for the entire month of June, known by progressives as “pride month”.
Teachers, parents, and students from the Catholic faith, by majority, find the measure inappropriate, and for the third time defeated this request to bring wokeness one step further into the minds of Ontario youth.
Wynne, however, was followed by Rebel News reporter David Menzies who wanted to ask the former Premier questions about her presence at the school board, located just outside the border of her former riding of Don Valley West, a riding she held from 2003 to 2022. However, she refused to answer Menzies’s questions.
The former Premier led the Ontario Liberal Party to its greatest defeat in 2018, losing to current Premier Doug Ford after four years of a costly, scandal-ridden government. The Liberals at the time only managed to retain 7 seats out of 124, losing official party status.
One scandal from Wynne’s former government took place when her close friend and deputy education minister Benjamin Levin, who oversaw Ontario’s controversial sex-ed curriculum, was convicted on child pornography charges.
