Intelligence officials claim non-human made technology exists on earth

Multiple former US intelligence officials claim non-human “crafts” exist on earth, they are possessed by secret programs trying to reverse engineer the technology, and it’s been going on for decades.

Intelligence officials claim non-human technology exists on earth

According to a report by The Debrief, some of the crafts are still intact. Others are partially intact in what’s become a terrestrial arms race to understand the technology and pick up national defense advantages.

36-year-old David Charles Grusch, a veteran of the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA), has provided Congress with hundreds of pages of the alleged information.

Grusch claims the crafts are “of exotic origin (non-human intelligence, whether extraterrestrial or unknown origin) based on the vehicle morphologies and material science testing and the possession of unique atomic arrangements and radiological signatures.”

Grusch previously told the Intelligence Community Inspector. Grusch claimed the Intelligence Community is illegally withholding the information from Congress, so he blew the whistle to Congress.

“We are not talking about prosaic origins or identities,” Grusch said.

“The material includes intact and partially intact vehicles.”

Grusch also served on the Unidentified Aerial Phenomena Task Force from 2019-2021, and in 2022, on the NGA’s task force that studied “unidentified flying objects,” (UFOs) or, “unidentified anomalous phenomena,” (UAPs).

Grusch further said multiple agencies have spent decades attempting to reverse engineer the technology.

Grusch made statements to the Pentagon that were subsequently cleared for public in April. Among these statements, he said there’s a “publicly unknown Cold War for recovered and exploited physical material – a competition with near-peer adversaries over the years to identify UAP crashes/landings and retrieve the material for exploitation/reverse engineering to garner asymmetric national defense advantages.”

The Debrief’s report further sourced former Intelligence community colleagues who corroborated Grusch’s claims.

“His assertion concerning the existence of a terrestrial arms race occurring sub-rosa over the past eighty years focused on reverse engineering technologies of unknown origin is fundamentally correct,” said retired Army Colonel, Karl Nell, who sat on the UAP task force with Grusch.

Nell added, “As is the indisputable realization that at least some of these technologies of unknown origin derive from non-human intelligence.”

And Jonathan Grey from the National Air and Space Intelligence Center told the Debrief that “The non-human intelligence phenomenon is real.”

“We are not alone,” Grey said.

“Retrievals of this kind are not limited to the United States. This is a global phenomenon, and yet a global solution continues to elude us.”
