Former Liberal Premier turned candidate for the Conservative Party of Canada, Jean Charest is on the back foot after answering questions about his relationship with China’s Huawei.

At his recent campaign launch in Calgary, Jean Charest used the two Michaels as an excuse for his financial relationship with Huawei.

Jean Charest is currently polling in the single digits when it comes to membership support within the Conservative Party of Canada. The same poll put Pierre Poilievre is polling at 48%
