The Daily Wire’s Matt Walsh responded to criticism from the trans-community by saying that they caused the cultural fight, “and now you have it.”

Matt Walsh tells trans activists ‘the fight’ is on

Walsh was responding to criticism for his treatment of TikTok influencer Dylan Mulvaney, who has over 10 million followers. Walsh had called Mulvaney “unearthly and eerie” among other insults for the way Mulvaney acts in viral videos.

On Wednesday, Walsh defended his choice of words by saying the trans community “started it.”

“We were living our lives, we were minding our own business, when you came along and demanded we abandon everything we know about fundamental physical reality for your sake,” Walsh said.

“You claim the right to walk into whatever bathroom you want, whatever locker, whatever sports team.”

Walsh further said the far-left activists have made too many demands.

“You pushed too far. Way too far. And now this is the pushback.”

“In some ways, you demanded this fight. And now you have it, and now you have it. Whether you like it or not,” he said.

Meanwhile, TikTok sensation Dylan Mulvaney was busy on Wednesday issuing a public apology after fans complained that his t-shirts weren’t “size-inclusive enough.”

“I am so sorry. I dropped the ball on this,” Mulvaney said.

Mulvaney told his plus-sized followers not to worry because he added more sizes to his merch to accommodate as many people as possible. And an even larger “new style” was being developed and would be released soon.

“I never want you to feel like an afterthought. I care so much about you,” the trans sensation said.

Last year, Walsh released a documentary titled What is a Woman, wherein he interviews various individuals and groups to try and find the answer.

In the documentary, Walsh interviews a Canadian father who details his run-in with the Canadian legal system for referring to his biological teenage daughter with female pronouns.

The father was jailed for using ‘she/her’ pronouns when referring to his daughter.
