In a video commenting on the election’s outcome, Krista Ford, daughter of Ontario Premier Doug Ford, segued into a rant about vaccine efficacy and asked that citizens “question the government.”

“And while we’re at it, I might as well start talking about the [covid vaccine],” began Ford.
“Does anyone question why the government does not want to release any of their research? Is anyone questioning why Israel’s studies are finding that natural immunity is thirteen-plus times more effective than the [vaccines]? Is anyone questioning that, or are y’all going to just line up to get your booster shots in three months,” asked the Premier’s daughter.
Clearly not impressed with her father’s reluctance to consider alternative options to the vaccine — such as testing for antibodies acquired from exposure and natural immunity — Ford has committed herself to look at the research herself and asks that her audience do the same.
“Did anyone do their research yesterday when I posted the New York Times independent studies that showed that in September 2020 — when very few people had the [vaccine] in their system — that deaths were actually lower than in September 2021 when apparently a very large portion of the global population has been double dosed?”
“Is anyone asking any questions? Why aren’t we asking questions,” Ford asked. “Why are more people dying now?”
Ford continued, doubting the supposed deadliness of the Delta variant when studies have found that, though more contagious, it is less severe than the original strain of COVID-19.
She then asked what the real benefit is when some travellers are prevented from re-entering Canada after contracting COVID-19 despite being fully vaccinated — simultaneously suggesting that many are only being vaccinated so that their right to free movement is not taken away.
“What’s the benefit if you can’t travel? If you happen to test positive, you can’t even come home!”
Beyond questioning vaccine efficacy, Ford also told her audience to “thank a Liberal” for ushering in the “New World Order” and to “not comply” with her father’s mask mandates.
