Pennsylvania Representative Chris Rabb says he is introducing a bill that requires all “inseminators” to undergo vasectomies within three weeks of having their third child or their 40th birthday, “whichever comes first.”
I will be introducing a bill inspired by @RepKellyCassidy that requires all inseminators to undergo #vasectomies within 6 weeks of having their third child or 40th birthday, whichever comes first. /1

In typical left-wing fashion, Rabb refuses to call “inseminators” men, instead referring to them by the dehumanized title — similar to how some now refer to pregnant women as “pregnant persons” or breastfeeding as “chestfeeding.”
“Additionally, my forthcoming bill will codify the definition of ‘wrongful conception’ to include when a person has demonstrated negligence toward preventing conception during intercourse,” Rabb wrote on Twitter.
In other words, if a man does not always wear a condom, you could be charged down the road if a woman suddenly decides she would rather not be pregnant.
“And this legislation will allow [women] to take civil action against inseminators for unwanted pregnancies who wrongfully conceive a child with them.”
. . . this legislation will allow Pennsylvanians to take #civilaction against inseminators for unwanted #pregnancies who wrongfully conceive
a child with them. /3— Rep. Chris Rabb (@RepRabb) October 2, 2021
If that was not enough, Rabb also wants to further “empower” Pennsylvanians by incentivizing snitches with a $10,000 reward for ratting out anyone who does not comply with the bill.
“Last, this bill will empower Pennsylvanians to enforce this prospective law by offering a $10K reward for reporting to the proper authorities those scofflaws who have not complied with this [statute] within the allotted timeframe,” wrote Rabb.
How Pennsylvanians are supposed to know whether their 40-year-old neighbours have undergone a vasectomy is unclear, but it does seem that Rabb wants to introduce a fine for any man who dares to procreate.
“As long as legislators continue to restrict the Reproductive Rights of cis women, trans men, and non-binary folx, there should be laws to address the responsibility of men who impregnate them!”
Your sister-in-law @RepKellyCassidy partly inspired me, Newty! 🤣#SnipSnip ✂️https://t.co/sjQFusa8Ky https://t.co/h0xdvJ3ehG
