The Kansas Attorney General has filed a damning lawsuit against Pfizer, alleging they concealed information related to the safety and efficacy of their COVID vaccine while advertising it to the public.

Pfizer sued for hiding vaccine safety data

According to the lawsuit, Pfizer used confidentiality agreements with the U.S. Government to hide, suppress, and omit material facts about the COVID-19 vaccine.

This included a number of egregious decisions, such as delaying study data by extending the timeline of studies. For example, Pfizer postponed critical data from January 2023 to February 2024 due to the late vaccination of a single participant out of 44,000.

Another allegation is that Pfizer destroyed its vaccine control group following the FDA’s emergency use authorization in December 2020, as well as a control group in its study on pregnant women.

As extensively reported in Oxford Professor Carl Heneghan’s substack, Pfizer’s study on pregnant women also reportedly failed, with more than one in ten women who received the vaccine during pregnancy experiencing miscarriages.

The lawsuit also claims that Pfizer was aware of serious adverse events stemming from its vaccine, including myocarditis and pericarditis, and that Pfizer suppressed internal data that contained reports of 1,223 fatalities by February 2021.

By April 2022, Pfizer allegedly knew of tens of thousands of adverse reproductive events, including heavy menstrual bleeding and irregular periods.

Kansas Attorney General Kris Kobach released a statement on June 17 detailing the lawsuit.

“Pfizer made multiple misleading statements to deceive the public about its vaccine at a time when Americans needed the truth,” he said
