A recent study analyzing data from the Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System (VAERS) has identified a striking increase in myocarditis cases following COVID-19 vaccinations in the United States. 

The peer-reviewed study, published in Sage Journals, focused on the Pfizer-BioNTech BNT162b2, Moderna mRNA-1273, and Janssen Ad26.COV2.S vaccines.

The study revealed that myocarditis reports post-vaccination in 2021 were 223 times higher than the average for all vaccines combined over the past 30 years.

The analysis utilized the US Vaccine Adverse Effect Reporting System (VAERS) data to examine myocarditis frequency since the start of the mass COVID vaccination campaign. It compared these figures with historical VAERS data and COVID-19 vaccine administration data from the Our World in Data database. 

Study shows Myocarditis after vaccinations in youth

The study noted that myocarditis occurred predominantly in youths (50%) and males (69%), with 76% of cases requiring emergency care and hospitalization. Notably, 92 individuals reported in the study died from myocarditis (3%), a significant number given the overall occurrences.

The statistical analysis conducted through Student’s t-test and chi-square test showed that the likelihood of myocarditis was higher after the second dose of the vaccine, particularly in individuals under 30 years of age. 

The study’s conclusions have sparked strong reactions from various quarters. The Daily Wire’s Dr. Jordan Peterson expressed alarm at the findings, stating, “This is utterly terrible. It’s time for criminal prosecution.”
