The Counter Signal’s Editor-in-Chief Keean Bexte has been granted a diplomatic exemption to the Netherlands’ travel ban and will now be able to provide crucial coverage of the Dutch Uprising.

Bexte was approved on July 4 after being denied entry for reasons related to his vaccine status.
As per the approval letter from the Dutch embassy in Ottawa:
The economic affairs section of the Embassy of the Kingdom of the Netherlands in Ottawa, Canada, grants the Canadian citizen Mr. Keean Bexte permission to enter the Netherlands for essential business purposes.
The Embassy of the Kingdom of the Netherlands in Ottawa has granted an exemption for Mr. Keean Bexte on individual grounds to the travel ban for the Netherlands…
The Embassy of the Kingdom of the Netherlands in Ottawa would like to request the immigration authorities of other Schengen states to authorize the person mentioned above to enter the Schengen area and board the transfer flight to the Netherlands.
As previously reported by The Counter Signal, Dutch farmers and now fishermen are protesting a new green policy that will require Dutch businesses to reduce nitrogen emissions nationwide by 50% and up to 95% in some provinces by 2030, with cows and fertilizers being significant contributors.
“The honest message … is that not all farmers can continue their business,” a government statement reads.
So far, the Dutch response to this policy has led to an utter standstill in the Netherlands. Roads have shut down, government buildings have been covered in manure, food distribution centres and borders have been blockaded, and now even ports are closing.
Bexte is best known for his coverage of the Freedom Convoy protests, which was viewed globally though initially ignored by the mainstream media.
The Dutch Uprising represents another turning point in global affairs, another truly grassroots people’s rebellion, and it deserves honest reporting.
