UK government has thrown parties every weekend since pandemic began

Following PM Boris Johnson’s bogus apology for partying during the lockdown, it’s been revealed that the entire government has been throwing “wine-time Fridays” since the pandemic began.

According to the Mirror, “Sources told the Mirror that the Prime Minister encouraged aides to “let off steam” despite indoor socializing being banned under lockdown rules.”

“The regular event was so popular that staff even invested in a £142 drinks fridge to keep their bottles of white wine, Prosecco and beer cool,” the report continues.

“I know the rage they feel with me, and with the government I lead, when they think in Downing Street itself the rules are not being properly followed by the people who make the rules,” Johnson said during a public apology that no one is buying. “And though I cannot anticipate the conclusions of the current inquiry, I have learned enough to know there were things we simply did not get right, and I must take responsibility.”

The death of Prince Philip was apparently a cause for celebration, too, as the government decided to stock up on booze the day before his funeral.

Indeed, these parties were so popular that politicians sent out lackies to restock a “34-bottle capacity fridge” every week while simultaneously oppressing their constituents with lockdown orders they couldn’t be bothered to follow.

Moreover, despite claiming that he’ll “take responsibility” for flouting his own lockdown rules, Johnson has done nothing but apologize.

He has not ended the lockdowns, mask mandates, or vaccine passport requirements that we now know are in place exclusively for the underclass which he rules. He has not resigned. He has not reprimanded his politicians or employees. He has given empty words, not recompense.
